Rosie Woods, from Northern Ireland, studied illustration at Central St Martins, London.
An award-winning illustrator, she now focuses on plein air landscapes and still lifes in oils. Growing up by the sea shaped her love of natural light and atmosphere, which are central to her work. After moving to London, she finds inspiration in the city’s vibrant markets, parks, and riverside, aiming to capture their energy in her paintings. Rosie often revisits locations to observe changing light through the seasons. Her paintings have been exhibited in London, New York, and Northern Ireland.
